DGI Intl. Limited ("DGI" or "we"), a private company incorporated and existing under the laws of the State of Israel, which operates the Internet site located at www.dgi-group.com (the "Site"), is pleased to offer you the opportunity to use the Site.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this Site. By accessing or using the Site, you unreservedly agree to the following terms and conditions. You should review these terms and conditions regularly as they may change at any time at our sole discretion. 4. If a Third Party Links to Our Web Site, It is Not An Endorsement
If a third party links to the Site, it is not necessarily an indication of an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, affiliation, joint venture or partnership by or with DGI. In most cases, we are not aware that a third party has linked to the Site.
An Internet site that links to the Site:
- May link to, but not replicate, our content;

- Should not imply that we are endorsing it or its products;
- Should not misrepresent its relationship with us;

5. If You Transmit or Provide Data to Us, It is Non-Confidential

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without reference to any conflict of law principles. You hereby consent to venue in and the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Tel-Aviv, Jaffa, Israel. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, DGI shall have the right to elect in its sole discretion the forum for any lawsuit arising hereunder brought by DGI. The provisions of these terms and Conditions are severable. If any such provision is determined to be unenforceable, such unenforceability will not affect any other provision of these terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions will be construed as if such unenforceable provision had not been contained therein. No waiver by DGI of any right under or provision of these terms and conditions will be deemed to be either a waiver of any other such right or provision of a waiver of that same right or provision at any other time. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy contain the entire agreement between DGI and you relating to your use of the Site.
