Diamonds

We work directly with mining companies in Africa, South America, Canada and other locations to market rough and polished diamonds in all of the world’s major diamond centres. As a first-tier distributor and a group with comprehensive services, the DGI Group has access to a remarkably wide selection of first-hand merchandise. This translates into better services to clients, a large inventory and attractive pricing for both industrial uses and jewellery.

DGI Diamonds

Established in 1994, DGI Diamonds has grown rapidly to become one of the leading international dealers of rough diamonds. The establishment of the new subsidiary reflects DGI’s policy of striving to meet the growing needs of its expanding customer base. DGI has quickly earned a reputation in Israel and overseas as an impeccably reliable business partner. Under the direction of Founder and President Dan Gertler, DGI Diamonds offers the highest level of professionalism in all its activities.

Tehila Diamonds

Created in 2001 as a subsidiary of DGI Diamonds, Tehila Diamonds is an important supplier of polished diamonds to Israel. The company produces and markets a wide selection of diamonds, from 0.50 carat to very large sizes. Tehila works closely with each client, sourcing goods on various international markets to ensure that their needs are met. The company’s access to first-hand merchandise from the DGI group gives it an important advantage, enabling Tehila to offer exceptional quality at prices that can only be obtained from first-tier distributors.

Emaxon Polishing

In 2005, DGI built the first and only diamond polishing factory in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. By bringing international experts to train local staff, Emaxon Polishing has created an important pool of talent – enabling the company’s staff of 125 to produce polished diamonds to the highest international quality levels.

Emaxon Polishing represents a significant investment and technology transfer that ultimately will help the DRC to retain a significantly greater portion of the value in the diamond value chain.
