Finance
The DGI Group's ability to source and secure financing in developing markets has proved invaluable in the planning and successful implementation of the group's large-scale natural resources ventures. Through its various subsidiaries (Emaxon Finance International, Florence Worldwide Finance, DGD Investments), the DGI Group is well-positioned to carry out almost any venture in the industry – from rapid closing of large-volume transactions to long-term financing agreements with private and public bodies.
Emaxon Finance International
Established in 2001, Emaxon Finance International invests in mining infrastructure projects. Emaxon provides a source of project financing where traditional sources may otherwise not be readily available.
For example, Emaxon provided a financing package for the Société Minière De Bakwanga (MIBA) to assist MIBA with the paying of wages and purchase of new equipment to take advantage of new diamond deposits and increase exports. The innovative financing arrangement offered MIBA a lifeline and the DGI Group a supply of legally mined diamonds despite significant challenges. Emaxon has also continued to offer assistance to MIBA during its ongoing financial difficulties.
Florence Worldwide Finance
Founded in 2001, Florence Worldwide Finance (FWF) forms partnerships with companies in developing countries to work on carefully selected manufacturing and infrastructure projects. Active primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa and Eastern Europe, FWF provides equity, project financing and project management for industrial enterprises in rapid-growth areas in the energy, mining, metallurgy, chemical and other processing industries.
Florence Worldwide Finance also owns Polyrit, a leading plastic manufacturer in Israel. In business since 1978, Polyrit provides a range of polyurethane molded products to serve customers in design, molding, and JIT supplies.
DGD Investments
